Return Policy
All new and used merchandise shipped from Varsity Records has been thoroughly inspected and is in good condition unless otherwise stated in the product description. All used merchandise is sold "as-is" with a no return/no refund policy. There are very few exceptions to our no returns policy. They include:
Returns - An RA# (return authorization number) is required on all packages shipped to us. All items must be in good, original, unused condition. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the recipient.
Exchanges - We must be notified in writing via email of any exchanges within 21 days of receipt of your package. An RA# (return authorization number) is required on all packages shipped to us. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the recipient.
You must request an RA number BEFORE you send an item back to us. To request an RA number, please send us an email describing your reason for requesting to return an item for a refund or exchange.

We at Varsity want to make sure you feel safe about the information you provide while placing an order or signing up for our mailing list.

All orders placed through the Varsity Store are processed using a secure server with 128-bit encryption. Order details are only saved on the server until an order has been processed and shipped. Your personal information such as your address, phone number and credit card information are temporarily stored on our secure server until your payment has been processed using PayPal payment services.
